Eine ortsbekannte Udon-Institution nahe Ginkaku-ji, die sich ganz auf ein Gericht konzentriert: dicke, handgemachte Udon-Nudeln mit warmer Dip-Brühe und einem Teller saisonalem Gemüse und Sesam zum selbst Hinzufügen. Schlicht, verlässlich gut und unprätentiös.

Expect a short wait at peak lunch times; it's a popular stop after the Philosopher's Path. A bowl runs roughly ¥1,300–1,800. Casual seating, quick turnover, no reservations typically needed outside of peak season.
